
Richard, an MA and LL.M in Law from Cambridge University, is Deputy Chairman, Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, responsible for corporate strategy and their programme of continuous transformation. He joined Saatchi & Saatchi in 2003 as Chairman & CEO for EMEA, having graduated as a Sloan Fellow from London Business School. Prior to that, Richard had been UK CEO & Chairman of Publicis and Chairman of WPP’s The Henley Centre.
He was appointed an Executive Fellow of the London Business School, attached to the Marketing Faculty, in August 2007, and has recently been reappointed for a further two academic years.
Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, an advisor to myhotels, and a member of the Prime Minister’s Talent and Enterprise Taskforce Advisory Board.
Richard’s own Lovemarks include Guinness, Eric Cantona, Booja Booja, Romney’s Kendal Mint Cake and Relais de L’Entrecote.

David Gardner began his career by programming PDP-11s and by selling APPLE II computers in 1980. He then joined the first twelve collaborators of US-based Electronic Arts in 1983, becoming responsible in 1986 for launching Electronic Arts in Great Britain.
In 1992, Mr. Gardner became Managing Director for Electronic Arts Europe. Over the next 13 years, he grew EA Europe to 1000 employees in 14 countries with a turnover of approximately $1bn USD.
In 2004, Mr. Gardner was promoted to International Publishing Vice President, a position that enabled him to extend his experience to the international level and in Asia particularly. Shortly afterwards, he was named Worldwide ExecutiveVice-President. Mr. Gardner left Electronic Arts in August 2007 to join Atari as CEO. He lives in London with his young family.

Binoy is the Vice Chairman of Meghraj Group, an international financial services and real estate organisation, and the Chairman of Meghraj Capital Advisors, the Group’s Indian investment bank. Binoy focuses on Meghraj Capital Advisors’ strategy and international relationships. He is based in Tokyo, where he is advising a number of Japanese MNCs on acquiring companies in India, in partnership with Japan’s second largest banking group. He also works on Meghraj Group’s strategic initiatives and new businesses, particularly in India. He is in the process of setting up a fund management business for the Group.
Binoy is a Trustee of the Meghraj Charitable Foundation, which focuses on initiatives in education and healthcare, particularly in India.
Binoy has an MBA with distinction from London Business School.
